I am planning to rehome exchange to the new server (move exchange from the DC to the new server). ther is a good MS article on this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307917 I give system partition 40 GB , and I keep the remaining 280 GB as a free space. now I need to partition this space, what do you think the best way and how many partition should I do? and what about the transaction log files , I read befor that it should be in different partition,, I need more clarification.
