We have a client that makes extensive use of Public Folders. There is one particular folder that is causing trouble. When they copy things into it, it stays there for a couple of days and then disappears. I suspect that someone has managed to create a dicky rule in Outlook but don’t envy the idea of checking every PC.
Does anyone know of a way to monitor all actions on a particular public folder so we can see who is causing the problem?
For now they have created a separate folder to store everything in and that works but we’d still like to get to the bottom of what is going on.
