I have a problem where emails going via Active Synch change formatting and look like they’re in plain text more than HTML. Saying that in some I can see what were supposed to be the embedded attachments scattered somewhere at the bottom of the email but in the body I’m seeing CIDs rather than the pictures or links. When the same email is open on the same device but in a different (private) account it displays just fine.
I checked the Organization Config > Client Access properties window and Allow HTML is checked. What could be affecting the mail formatting then?
