Error connecting to NAS – the specified network name is no longer available

Hi guys,
One of our servers is being a real pain, all other clients can connect to our NAS without any problems but one of the servers – 2012 R2 comes up with the error network name is no longer available. The server can ping the NAS fine, network discovery is off but I turned it on to test without any joy.
The server in question is running Veeam and had a connection to the NAS previously for backups but has been disconnected for some time. Ive restarted the NAS and the server but I cant for the life of me work out whats going on?
Should have been a plumber :)
