Duplicated emails

Hi guys,
i wonder if you can help i recently configured a users mailbox but they appear to be getting emails 3 or 4 times so it appears to be duplicating on there blackberry

we are using exchange 2003 and a BIS install they are using outlook 2007 client using standard exchange settings on this

althought this only started happenin when someone enabled there outlook to use IMAP instead of the normal exchange we disabled this users account but it still appears to be duplicating all emails recieved

any ideas? as im stumped ; /
