Most people have this problem in excel

    foo.xlsx is locked for editing
    by ‘another user’.
Open “Read-Only” or click “Notify” to open read-only and receive notification
when the document is no longer in use

But I have bigger problem :-) It doesn’t report that the file is already opened in Excel.(maybe other programs also, but not confirmed)
And it happens 1 times of 50 maybe…
This means trouble, the file can be over written by mistake.

    What can be the problem?
    Office 2007 latest patches.
    Client : Win7 64 bit
    Server: SBS2003 latest patches.
