    Hi,
    Ive managed to setup document collaboration in the past but cant find what’s stopping it now. If I get a user to share a document which is hosted on SharePoint when the other user tries to open it the error is the document is already open and asks if you want notification when its closed. Both users have the correct rights to the document so I was wondering why its not allowing collaboration?
