DNS error 4015 and warning 4515

I have three dns server that has been running fine until a power failure. But now I get the following error and warning.
E4015 + W4515. I found this document from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867464
But I can not find signs of duplicates

I can see that DNS’en and AD looks the same on all three server.
Any suggestions as to how I have removed this error.

Besides it has the server holding all fsmo an NTDS error 2103 so I should have all FSMO move to one of the others, but I will only do if DNS is working again. This document describes NTDS error 2103
