    Hello Everyone,

I am having an issue when I place a folder on the network drive, and try to import the file/folder through our printing software(Command Workstation5), the File is no where to be found for at least 5 minutes.

If I navigate via file explorer BEFORE IMPORTING – The file/folder is instantly recognized and functional. I can then import with no problem.

If I try to import first, than file explorer has to wait the 5+ minute delay until it recognizes the files.

This is only happening on this PC. (which is running XP 64 bit)
We have another PC that is importing instantly (Runs XP 32bit)

My first thought is to uninstall and reinstall Command Workstation 5. This requires downtime which I am trying to avoid.

    Please advise,
All advice and tips are welcome and appreciated
    Thanks
    Standard
