Hi,
I’m trying to upgrade Exchange 2010 RTM to 2010 SP3 and it fails on the upgrade with the following couldnt remove product with code 4934d1ea-be46-48b1-8847-f1af20e892c1 error code 1603.
After doing a little Googling I see its a problem with a MS blackberry update which was pulled but there doesn’t seem to be any method to overcome the issue.
Has anyone had experience with this?
