Corperate Exchange Indexing and Searches

Good Day,
We have an immediate need for a utility / tool to search the entire Exchange 2003 mailbox store for key words, attachments, etc. inside all mailboxes to find information related to some legal work. This (hopefully) would include keyword searches within any attachments (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and eventual recovery of the email(s) in question to be sent to the laser printer.
Without going too deep into it, there is information in the Exchange server that we need to find, but have no idea which user had it. It may have been deleted and we have full logs for sent / received mail, but without the ability to search inside the half million messages themselves at the server level it is a needle in a haystack.
The Exchange System Manager – Message Tracking Center will only let us search on one sender / recipient and / or dates. We need a much deeper search capability as stated above.
The CEO is quite keen on this and has authorized purchase of a third party utility or tool if needed. Can anyone recommend a solution?
