Companyweb inaccessible

Hi guys,

After installing Sharepoint SP2, companyweb had stopped working. I used google and it was brough to my attention that this was something way too common.

I ran the command it says to run in the article and everything works fine!

Now the problem is, if I restart the server, the problem comes back. I run the command again and it fixes it up until I restart.

Any ideas?
