Color Codes – Outlook 2010 vs 2003

Hello,

This might be a silly question but I’ll take my chances.

We recently moved to exchange 2010 and started using Office 2010.
Some users still have Office 2003 installed.

In our setup we have shared office mailboxes to which certain users have access.

The problem is when an Outlook 2010 users adds a color code to an e-mail (the colored dots next to the e-mail title) the color isn’t visible in Outlook 2003.

If you add a color in Outlook 2003 the color is displayed fine in 2010.

I already figured out this is a compatabillity problem; but is there any work around or a tip how I can make this work?
