For Azure: My Suggestion: Azure VM -> Azure Monitor -> Azure Logs -> Azure Funktion -> AWS API Gateway -> AWS Kinesis -> AWS S3 / AWS ElasticSearch We have 80% Apps in AWS and 20% in Azure.
