Cann’t access server with rdp

Hi.
I have windows server 2003 r2 X64
i can’t get access to it with rdp from anyother comp or server on the lan.
remote is enable on remote tab.
windows fw is disable, no other fw is installed.
i ran nod 32 on line scan and found nothing.
ping is fine but telnet gives me an error:could not open connection.
i got access withe teamviewer but that’s not the soulotion.
any ideas?
