Boot from alternate partition

    I have 2 partitions the priary is windows 7 and the other is Server 2008

    I wish to make server 2008 the default boot partition but when I set that partition as active and reboot I get Mising operating system.

    Microsoft has made this difficult then.

    How do I go about making the 2nd Primary partition the main one to boot from.

    I have looked about but dont see a clear process
