Info: SBS 2003 R2 Standard Edition
    Exchange server 2003
Backup strategy: NTBackup to an external hard drive.

My backup starts at 9:30PM. It used to finish before I got to work at 8:00AM the next morning, but now it is taking until past 5PM the next day. What could be causing this? I am attaching the log below. I see something with exchange took 13 hours! What am I doing wrong? Are log files not getting cleared out or something?

edit: I’m backing up about 260GB worth of data onto removable hard drives. These are not expensive hard drives..they are actually pretty cheap. Do I just need a hard drive that will write quicker?
