I was at a customer’s today, and they are a charity running SBS 2011 so always looking to do things on the cheap. They would like to add signatures automatically based on sender’s email address, and these would probably be changing once every 2-3 months. User name, phone number, job title, etc would be pulled from AD attributes and then there would be some HTML for the company name etc and also a logo.
I’ve only ever used programs like Exclaimer for this in the past, although I’ve read it can be done in Exchange 2010 using transport rules. Just looking to find out if it’s worth the effort or if it would be cheaper in the long run in terms of usability to get Exclaimer or something similar.
