Guys, I have taken over a small government contract and was asked by the management if we can log all user logins and logoffs plus file open / delete. I have been reading for days on different programs to do this and also I know the OS has its logs but they are hard to read for a non skilled person to pull. What I am looking for is a EASY cost effective (this government facility doesn’t have the funds ) software that I can train a regular Joe to use. Not really looking for scripts that pull the logs but a true program that is easy to use.

Please list what you use, and give me insight on your thoughts about it.

    Thanks,
    T.S.

  • Who should be allowed to be invited as a guest?
  • What type of guests should be able to access files in SharePoint and OneDrive?
  • How should guests be offboarded?
  • How should you determine who has access to sensitive information in your environment?
