I tried it with the Windows Server 2008 R2 version, but I think this also applies to other versions. When I logon (by remote desktop) with user userx (local administrator), it raises an error “Access is denied”. Here are the steps to reproduce the behavior: c:>hostname HOSTX c:>whoami domainxuserx < = Userx is a member of Administrators group from host HOSTX c:>echo “algo” > c:algo.txt Access is denied. However, if I logon with domain administrator, it works. c:>whoami domainxadministrator c:>echo “algo” > c:algo.txt c: Please, provide any clue according your experience. Thanks Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
