Hello I have a single server 2008r2 DC with Exchange 2010 on it. with two 1TB mirrored drives, I need to make my single server a VM host and virtualize the DC/exchange server on it as a vm.

What I have done so far is to get a backup of the C drive on the dc using Windows Server Backup (including system state (probably useless for exchange). I installed ESX host on the 2nd hard drive and am able to boot up to it.

Problem is, I am using the same hardware and cant boot both machines at once, I was hoping to do a cold clone until I found out that VMware discontinued the VMConverter ISO. Any Ideas or recommendations on how I can accomplish this?
