I have a PC which is not a member of the domain, using Outlook 07 and rpc over https with exchange 2007.
I get the following error when performing a send/receive.
Microsoft Exchange offline address book Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located. 0X8004010F
The exchange server local address is server.domain.local.
The external address is remote.domain.ie
When I run the test email auto configuration it fails, attempting to connect to https://autodiscover.domain.ie/autodiscover.xml.
Domain.ie is the website address. It is on a different wan IP and has nothing to do with the exchange server.
How do I configure autodiscovery so that the client looks to remote.domain.ie rather than domain.ie. Is this done in the external dns control panel or on the exchange server itself?
