This service plan will enable users to use encrypted sync with Microsoft Edge, the only modern browser to support encrypted sync using a Microsoft 365 account. When enabled, Microsoft 365 account users will be able to sync favorites, settings, addresses, passwords, extensions and collections in a secure way.

This will rollout default off and you will need to turn enable it via the instructions in the link below.
