MC276895 – This new group policy, AllowNonAdminUserInstallLAPs, setting controls whether users can install language accessory packs for Office even if they don’t have local administrator permissions on their devices. By default, Office users must have local administrator permissions on their devices to install language accessory packs. This policy will be applicable to the following products:

When this will happen:
Microsoft expects this rollout to begin in early September and and expect the rollout to be fully completed by late September.
How this will affect your organization:
By default, your organization will not be affected. However, if you are interested in allowing your organization install Office language accessory packs without requiring local administrator permissions you can implement the AllowNonAdminUserInstallLAPs group policy.

If you want to allow your organization to install Office language accessory packs without requiring local administrator permissions, then you may implement the AllowNonAdminUserInstallLAPs group policy.
