MC259919 – Microsoft is rolling out actionable items to Microsoft Search. After this change, search results will be supplemented with an assistive action menu providing opens to open results in the browser or client, download, share, or copy links to search results to help with task completion.

When this will happen:
Targeted release (entire org): Microsoft will begin rolling this out in mid-June and expect to complete rollout late June.
Standard release: Microsoft will begin rolling this out in late June and expect to complete rollout mid-July.

There is no impact as a result of this change. Once complete, individuals in your organization will be able to take select actions against their search results.

You might want to notify your users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
